What is the Coterie Sampler?

The Coterie Sampler is a monthly delivery of Austin-Made products, hand selected by our team. Our mission is to delight and surprise you with the delicious, beautiful, and functional products made right here in our fine city. The Standard Sampler delivers 4-6 products and The Mark Sampler delivers 6-8 products.

How does The Coterie Sampler Work?

To receive The Coterie Sampler, simply choose The Standard or The Mark and check out. We will bill you for your Sampler on the same day each month (the 15th), you will receive your box at the same time each month (it ships the first full week of the month), and you may cancel at any time. If you subscribe after the 5th of the month, you will receive the next month's box. For example, if you subscribe on Oct 5 or later, you will receive the November box as your first shipment.

What’s inside The Sampler?

Our team works hard to provide you with a compelling and useful assortment of products each month. You can expect a balance of sweet, savory, ready-to-eat, beverage, and pantry food items as well as craft products for the home, body, kitchen, office, and more.

How much does it cost? Can I still subscribe if it's sold out?

The Standard Sampler costs 39.95 plus tax + shipping and our The Mark Sampler costs $59.95 plus tax + shipping. Subscription quantities are limited. If subscriptions are sold out for the moment, a waitlist will be available.

How does billing work?

We bill you for your subscription on the same day each month- the 15th. You may cancel your subscription at any time. You can cancel your upcoming box and receive a refund any time before the 5th of the month. After the 5th, your box goes into fulfillment and cannot be canceled or refunded. Your subscription will be cancelled immediately following the current box. We know it's a little complicated with re-billing and cut-off dates! When is the monthly deadline? When will I receive my first box?

The monthly deadline to subscribe and cancel is the 5th of the month. After that time, we cannot cancel and refund your subscription until the following month as your Sampler will already be in fulfillment. The Coterie Sampler ships the first full week of the month. If you subscribe after the first full week, you will receive the next month's box.

Where and how do you ship?

We ship to all 50 states in the US of A. We cannot ship internationally at this time. Estimated delivery times are 1-4 days. We ship with USPS, generally via Priority mail. We will email you when your box ships and you may check the shipping status of your shipping at any time in your account.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Cancel at any time by logging into your Coterie Sampler account. We sure appreciate your feedback!

How do I receive a refund?

We guarantee a refund if your hold request or cancellation is received by the 5th of the month before your box goes into fulfillment. We will review post-date refunds on a case by case basis.

How do gifts work?
